I've been dormant for a while, as I've been uninspired lately. There's been a lot of hype about my upcoming Singapore/Malaysia trip that I completely lost focus.
Aside from the fact that my PC broke down and I had to pay for all thee expenses.

Yoo-hoo! Internet Please...
After waiting for 3 days days for Destiny to install and fix my broadband connection, I was really happy that this evening I was able to surf and download files. Wow everything is so fast!
But unfortunately, my computer has been acting up again and the slightest budge/bump rendered it to shut down-----again. This has always been my computer's problem. I changed motherboards already last year, and I think it's already asking for another upgrade again!
*Sigh* A new computer will have to wait. Because of this I sent Liza an email and informed her that I will have to let go of the MPP program, and I advised that I am still interested come December when "I get back" and have a new computer. I hope she obliges.
My PC shut down after dinner, and now I don't have internet connection anymore---save for my ever reliable I-Manila account which expires on July 12. Eeep!
Anyway, Destiny maintenance will be back tomorrow to do some more tweaking as apparently signal for destiny here is kinda low. But what I like about Destiny is their uber nice and dependable customer service. Everyone was so accomodating and nice---from Cathy the sales rep, Sau the installer, to Amante the maintenance guy and LJ the nightshift tech support. Plus they don't lack in the comm skills department too.
Even if the first few experiences with the internet itself were not that nice, at least I'm sticking with them cos of their good customer service.
I feel bad for Globe tho, cos when their Sales Rep Alfie called, I had already signed up with Destiny. :(
